ISO Certifications
ESG Framework – ESG certification provides a framework for evaluating MDS Organization’s sustainability and ethical practices, which are critical to the company’s long-term financial success and positive effects on the environment and society.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
We at MDS understand that the core principle of ISO 9001 is to improve our performance, meet customer expectations, and demonstrate our commitment to quality. Its requirements define how to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve a quality management system. This leads to consistent and repeatable results that meet quality expectations, giving us confidence in maintaining high quality products and services for our clients.

ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management systems
Ensuring the health and safety of all employees is a core responsibility of the organization. MDS is committed to continuously improving workplace safety across its operations in various sectors and industries. By adopting a systematic approach that includes active worker participation, MDS has successfully integrated Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) into our business processes. This integration has contributed significantly to the prevention of workplace accidents and the mitigation of long-term health risks.

ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective Environmental Management System (EMS). It provides a framework that an organization can follow, rather than setting specific environmental performance requirements. It ensures that MDS manages its employees, environmental responsibilities, and external stakeholders effectively, ensuring that all services with environmental impact are assessed, monitored, measured, and improved to support a safer and more livable environment. This certification helps us improve resource efficiency, reduce waste, lower costs, and provide assurance that our environmental impact is being properly measured.

ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
ISO 22301:2019 aims to protect people, property, and company assets. The purpose of the standard is to support an organization to understand the amount and type of impact it is willing to accept following a disruption. Organizations often misjudge the importance of business continuity management. But MDS organization is eager and committed to ensure that it is embedded into the company’s culture, ensuring that the robustness of our organization in terms of securing business functions in unforeseen events shows our commitment and dedication to our work. It gives us a competitive advantage over our peers, resilience and protects our organizational values.

ISO 14064-1:2018 Greenhouse gases (GHG)
Climate change poses serious implications for both human and natural systems, potentially affecting resource availability, economic activity, and overall human wellbeing. ISO 14064-1:2018 provides standardized guidelines for organizations such as MDS to accurately quantify, calculate, and report greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and removals at the organizational level. MDS currently measures its Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions on an annual basis and plans to initiate the measurement of Scope 3 emissions starting in 2025. To ensure greater transparency and data accuracy, our emissions data is verified by external auditors.

ISO 20400:2017 Sustainable Procurement
Sustainable procurement is the process of making purchasing decisions that meet an organization’s needs for goods and services in a way that benefits not only the organization but society as a whole, while minimizing its impact on the environment. ISO 20400:2017 ensures that the concept of Sustainable Procurement is conveyed throughout our organization and is implemented and ingrained in all our processes, which helps us in reduce our impact on the environment, tackle human rights issues and manage supplier relations, while harmonizing long – term global costs and improving our purchasing performance, hence giving our organization a competitive edge.
